I purchased this in hopes that it would keep my bait fresh.
The first time I used this it work great kept 4 dozen shinners alive and happy. second time the pump would not work, I tried several different sets of batteries hope it was that but no. I wished I read the reviews first I would not have wasted my money on this product.
I cannot believe I know have to buy a new pump for this after one use.

Their customer service is absolutely the worst. They don’t answer the phones and then when you do get an email from them eventually after weeks, they tell you they can’t help you would not recommend this product or buying from them ever again.

This minnow bucket worked great the 10 times I've used it in the last 7 months. But after 10 uses the aerator no longer works. Contacted Frabill about warranty and sent all my information in an email to them. They email back must have home address for warranty claim, my home address was right in the first email. Recent home address and the only thing that I've received from them is a survey. I wish I would have researched this more I see I'm not the only one who's aerator died before a year was up.
