The clear aerator hose that has the airstone at the other end and sits in the water keeps falling off the really short black rigid tube that protrudes from the little motor through the white then yellow plastic housing on the lids. I made sure to press the hose into the provided channel in the styrofoam in an effort to hold it in place and this doesn't help. This results in the motor running using up battery and no air going into water. I tried trimming extra yellow plastic left from manufacturing in the hole where the really short black rigid tube goes through to get a tiny bit more length. I ended up putting a small strip of Gorilla tape on the hose where it meats the plastic and the black tube. I should not need to do this.

Great bucket for the kayak. Unfortunately the aerator died and there is no way to replace it. I dislike aerators hanging on the side as the bucket tips.

Good news is, it is small light weight, easy to carry. Bad news, it is small, not much bait capacity. I have NOT used it yet. I ordered small on purpose, because I have long walking distance eith it and other gear. I never get A LOT of bait at once. I believe I will like it.
