    Great customer service

    I had the first one quit working after a couple of uses. But they warranted it and got a replacement out right away. Great customer support.

    Electronic parts rust out

    Switch and DC power jack corrode quickly and quit working. I figured out how to source the switch and started replacing them (requiring soldering) on the 3 aerators I own (Only have one bait station). Can't find the power jack which once it goes bad even the batteries won't work as the negative power from the batteries flow through the DC power jack. If I can't fix that I'm going to go with a different brand of aerator on the Bait Station, which is ridiculous.
