  • Can I get a better price on Frabill products by purchasing direct from Frabill instead of from a retailer?

Frabill fully supports it’s retail partners, and for that resaon, does not discount products directly to consumers. In most cases your local dealer will have a lower price, and shipping and handling charges will not be necessary. Purchasing in your community also supports your local economy. If you can’t find the product you are looking for, please call Frabill Customer Service at 800-558-1005.

  • Who sells Frabill products in my area?

    • To find a listing of retaillers in your area:

      1. Click "Retailer Locator" at the top of the Frabill website Home page,
      2. Enter your 5-digit US zipcode in the 'Enter your Address' section,
      3. Choose a distance in 'Search a Radius',
      4. Click 'Submit' for a list of retailers in your area.

Note: You can click a retailer's name to see their phone number (if listed).

  • How do I purchase parts for Frabill products?

Call Frabill Customer Service at 800-558-1005. Have your product handy when you call. Sometimes we need to ask for a description or measurements. Please note that we may not have parts for your particular product.

  • How do I return a defective product to Frabill?

Before returning anything to Frabill, please call Customer Service at 800-558-1005 to obtain a return authorization number. A Customer Service Representative will give you return instructions and the address at the time of the call.

  • I have an idea for a new product.  Where can I submit it?

Before you submit an idea, you must have a patent, provisional patent, or patent pending for your idea. Once that has been done, you may email your contact information and a brief description of your idea to Please understand that our New Products Department receives many idea submissions, and you will not receive an immediate reply.

  • Does Frabill ship internationally?

Yes; however shipping costs can be prohibitive. If you wish to ship an item outside of the United States, please email or call Customer Service at 800-558-1005, and we will do our best to obtain a shipping quote for you.

  • Can I order from the website if I live outside the United States?

No. You must call Frabill Customer Service at 800-558-1005 to place an order. Please remember that you will be responsible for any duties and fees, which will be collected by the delivery company when they deliver your order.
