Ice Shelter Questions: 
  • How can I repair a hole in my shelter tent?

Tent patches in either black or gray are available for purchase (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) through Frabill Customer Service at 800-558-1005.

  • Where can I purchase a third seat for my shelter?

Most Frabill Ice Shlters are designed for two anglers. The sleds of all Frabill shelters are not long enough to accomodate a third seat. The Guardian and Predator series shelters are sometimes listed as '2 to 3 anglers', however, a third seat does not fit in those models, though there is room for a bucket to seat a third angler.

  • The window(s) in my shelter cracked in the cold last year. Are replacements available?

Shelter windows are not covered under warranty, however, replacements can be purchased (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) through Frabill Customer Service at 800-558-1005.
